What Is The Life After Death Answer

 Ever since I was a child I have been able to see spirits around  me. I often would ask what is the life after death problem that people have ? If I am sat in a room I can see what I called energy, if I am outside I can see it. I always thought everyone could see it, as it’s just there. To me this energy looks like beautiful rain flowing up and down and side to side. The longer I look at it the thicker it gets. If I pay attention and really concentrate on this energy I can see many different pastel colours in it. This energy holds lots of interesting information like a person’s thoughts. Sometimes I can walk into a room and immediately know something about a person who is in there. Or, know about a person who has been in that room recently. Most mediums talk about energy. It is this energy which the spirit world uses to communicate with me.  I am happy and positive person and always knew of life after death was real. After I have given a reading I always feel like I am bouncing with happy energy. The energies that the spirit world fill me with stay with me for the rest of the day.

This is a great exercise to increase your energy and light. 

Sit down somewhere were you are comfortable and close your eyes. Let go of everything which is in your mind. Now take some deep breaths and each time you breathe in imagine the brightest light coming into your body. Call this light to you like it is your friend. If you want to imagine an Angel bringing it to you, that’s fine. Visualise yourself being showered by this light. This light is coming straight from the spirit world or heaven. Which ever you prefer to call it. See it coming into every part of your body. If you have any aches or pains ask the light to take them away for good. See it melting away your worries or problems. Feel it pulsating within you in rhythm with your heart. When you feel like you are full of this light imagine you are standing in the centre of a big wheel. Now imagine beams of light coming from your heart centre, just like spokes on a wheel, at the end of every beam of light is someone you love or care about. See their faces or say their names in your head. You can put anyone at all in this wheel with you. When you feel ready open your eyes and see how much better you feel.
